The S. D. Bechtel, Jr. Foundation, has released a new report, Resilience at Work: How Nonprofits Adapt to Disruption. How Funders Can Help.(Log-in required) It describes seven characteristics of resilient organizations, as well as principles that can help pave the way for funders who want to enhance nonprofit resilience. The report includes profiles of seven nonprofits that confronted and effectively responded to a range of disruptions.
